Wolfs Company, in collaboration with the Wadden Academy (Waddenacademie) and VU University Amsterdam, provided a natural capital workshop on the island of Terschelling on the 19th of September. Around 20 public sector, NGO and local business representatives attended the full-day workshop to talk about the value of nature for the local island communities and how insight in ecosystem services support policy decisions. It was discussed how the valuation of these services could be useful for Terschelling to make strategic decisions regarding the development of the island.
